If there is anything more beautiful than a bird, I would like to know what that is.  

My passion for photographing birds begun as a means to just capture a bird in a photo in order to identify it later.  My knowledge of birds was limited to common city birds such as Robins, Chickadees and Seagulls.  

As the years flew by, I found myself being a bit more fussy about the content of my photos, and tried my very best to show these winged wonders at their very best.   

There are so many birds in this region, if I waited to capture all of them in photos, this page would never get published.  

I sincerely hope the viewer feels the same sense of enjoyment browsing my photos as I felt while taking them.
